Feedback & UX Testing : Website
User experience testing (UX testing) is a crucial step in the process of developing a user interface design because it provides insight into how the end-user perceives the interface and indicates whether they found it enjoyable, helpful, and how pleased they were with their experience. In order to UX test my website, I built a feedback form on Google Forms that I would like to implement into my navigation bar.
I opened Google Forms, added a title, and then made my first question. I then selected multiple-choice questions from the left-hand drop-down menu. The options I required were then added. I then used the duplicate icon at the foot of the page to duplicate the first question, and I changed it for my second question. I kept going in this manner until I had answered every multiple-choice question, at which point I added two more that needed written responses. I then modified the form by selecting the paint palette tin the upper right area, uploading an image, and changing the color scheme.
The form is now available for use on my Wix website. I wanted a form that would be present on the website so that all viewers could quickly find it and test my website while they were on the website itself, so I embedded the link into the navigation bar.
Here is my feedback:
I can tell from this feedback that even though most people thought my homepage was "good," only a small percentage thought it was outstanding. I need to think about what changes I might make to this, and I'm hoping to find more information about this in the comments section.
The majority did consider the navigation to be excellent, so I was happy with this outcome because I believed it to be effective.
From this feedback, I can see that even though most people thought my About page was "excellent," only a few did. Because of this, I need to think about what changes I might make to improve this; hopefully, the comments area will provide me with more details.
Again with the Bio writing, the majority thought it was 'excellent' rather than good so I think that I do not need to do that much to improve it.
Again, I was happy with this outcome because it means the work I am showing works well. However, I will improve it because some people also thought it was not good in this presentation format. The majority of people thought the portfolio page and usability were excellent and also good.
Most people found this to be excellent or good, so everything is fine.
Since the majority of my classmates deemed my design to be "excellent" or "good," I assume my overall design to be alright.
A few useful comments about the image, more galleries, and some positive remarks. Once I have considered the best way to improve based on this feedback, I will review the design of my website and show the changes.
The majority of users only tested on desktop computers, so I do believe I need to conduct more user testing entirely on mobile devices.

Good that you have posted this and your responses - please ensure you republish every time you update
