One of the most important and admired individuals in modern architecture is usually considered as being Frank Gehry. His statement structures are renowned for upending conventional notions of form and aesthetics in a way that is both contentious and lauded. The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, a Deconstructivist masterpiece and one of the 20th century's most iconic structures, is undoubtedly his most well-known creation.

The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao is a building that revived the local economy and launched a worldwide movement for landmark museums. The Guggenheim Museum, which is situated on the west bank of the River Nervion, runs through Bilbao before reaching the Cantabrian Sea, and was widely acclaimed as soon as it opened in 1997. He finished the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain, which is renowned as a masterwork of modernist architecture for its sweeping titanium outlines and irregular shapes. The economic gains that the city experienced as a result of the museum opening gave rise to the phrase "Bilbao effect."
It has a museum and areas for art exhibitions. The sculptural shape blends well with the surrounding environment and the industrial urban backdrop of Bilbao. On its southern side, the circular form's expansion produces a curving riverbank walkway and abundant public space. Through confined corridors, curving walkways and water elements in response to the river, the structure makes references to landscapes. The metallic, curving structure, which closely resembles a boat, symbolises Bilbao's former industrial activities while also capturing sunshine and responding to the city's climate. Glass, titanium, and limestone are among the materials utilised to build the tower.

Using the computer modelling tools created by French aerospace manufacturer Dassault Aviation, the dynamic shapes that characterise the façade of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao were made possible.
The architect's office was able to imagine surfaces with various compound curves and, more crucially, show contractors how these expressive forms might be constructed using 3D design software called CATIA.
These museum is used for art exhibitions which relates to my project as I am designing an art museum. The way he shapes the design does not follow any geometric shapes. I think, he is a significant architect of the 20th and 21st centuries and a pioneer of Deconstructivism, who views the world as a clash of ideas. In addition, he views the world as a clash of ideas that are improperly articulated through Modernism's simplicity of clear, clean squares in architecture, music, and the arts.

Okay, this is nice research for someone that has never heard of Gehry before.....but how does it relate to your project? Are you using similar materials? Similar locations? Are you designing something similar that Gehry has worked on before? Make your research more relevant to YOUR project.
