Experimentation With My Project Work : Zainul Art Museum

In the class, I was asked to experiment with one of my ideas for the major project. Moreover, I took one of my first initial designs shown below and I will try to experiment with these design.

I was experimenting with shape and form in this exercise. I was interested in ways that I could adapt my original idea to my theme and progress it through working in a series of drawings.

 

I changed the shape from the first sketch as it didn't define the structure I wanted to design and the shapes were not unusual and I wanted to work more on it so that it innovates itself with the surrounding. Moreover, I also had the idea of changing the way of using the glass into the structure so that it gets more natural light inside it and become more spacious. The initial design was more decorative as the glasses were more in different shape but now it it is more structural and irregular going with the flow of design. The purpose of doing this task was to help me develop my designs and try to think of new ways to materials and make it look more presentable.
