Art Portfolio 2 Project : S.M.A.R.T. Objectives

For my Art Portfolio 2 Project, I will be designing a beach resort based on an oceanic theme located in St. Martin, Bangladesh. St. Martin island is the only coral island in the northeastern part of the Bay of Bengal. The site is situated far from the mainland 'Cox's Bazar' so the only transportation way is by ship. This project will use sustainable and local materials and the target market will include all age of people irrespective of age. As my progression route is Architecture, I will be creating four 2D outcomes and two 3D outcome and will include the concept, floor plans, elevations, the site details, environmental factors and demographics of the area. I will be learning methods, techniques and software to render these. This project will take about 6 weeks to complete and publish on the website. As these will be digital drawings, I will be using SketchUp Pro, HomesByMe  & Photoshop to complete this work.
