Project Sign Off
This week, I had my project sign off for my Art Portfolio 2 project this term. It went smoothly as I shared my thoughts about what I researched and also the tutor gave me some new ideas and explained me the whole process of the set project.
First of all, we discussed how I am going to design the resort and what shape and form I am goin to use and also try to experiment with different methods. Moreover, I will look into other beach resorts such as Saii Lagoon Maldives, Patina Maldives and Kudadoo Maldives. Besides that, for background research, Moreover, I need to research about Anvaya Beach Resort, Bali and consider the contemporary beach resort design.
Secondly, as the resort I am going to design is going to be a short stay place due to the unpredictable weather conditions of the site I have chosen for my project to be located. I also have to do in-depth research about the weather and sustainable materials that will be required for this project's design.
Lastly, I need to think and plan about the final outcomes as to how to do them and also start working on diorama which is the 3D outcome for this term. While doing all of this, I also have to focus on the artist who I want to take inspiration and do further research on everything I discussed with my tutor to show my process and progress of work based on my major project plan.
